I created Neva International Properties out of love for Croatia. As long as I can remember, there hasn't been a year when I didn't return at least a few times. I'm drawn to its authenticity, the pristine Adriatic, and the kind of understated beauty that never tries too hard.
At some point, visiting stopped being enough, so I moved there. That's when Croatia became more than a destination. Living through every season taught me what you don't see on a one-week trip: the quiet mornings, the empty beaches, the local places that stay open when the crowds are gone, and the calm rhythm that makes you breathe differently.
For me, Croatia feels like home. It's early swims in cool water, coffee without a schedule, seagulls overhead, the sea breeze, a glass of great wine, and small hidden coves I keep discovering year after year. It's also a mindset shift: less chasing, more presence. Not "doing nothing", but learning to slow down in a way that makes life richer.
